/ SATURDAY / an important day to sleep until noon.

When everyone is having a deep sleep under the blanket on Saturday after the midnight shopping but I'm the only one awake in the morning. Wide awake and I can't go back to sleep. So I decided to get my self up, looking for a good cup of coffee and having my quality time on weekend. I remembered the feed I saw on Instagram about the new coffee spot at Kebayoran Baru - Kopi Nalar. 

A new coffee shop that designed to be very homey and comfort to spend your day here. I was wondering why NALAR, because in Indonesian NALAR means reasoning and logical thinking, I think the correlation between the name and the product makes sense. So, this place is pushing you to be more creative while you enjoy your cup of coffee (My opinion).

KOPI NALAR is located beside AKOEN Restaurant (I love this restaurant) and it's easy to find even tho they don't have a street sign. I came here around 10am when the sun shines brightly. KOPI NALAR doesn't look so big from the shop front, but when I stepped inside, they offer 5 different area for you to enjoy the day. 

First is absolutely an outdoor for smoking. Second is semi outdoor with a glass roof top with the colourful bean bags. The second one was my favorite, because when you sit on the bean bags and look outside, it doesn't feel like you're in Jakarta, but more like in BALI. 

Third is indoor with living room concept. Fourth, next to the coffee bar is more like a working space with bunch of table and plug. Fifth definitely on the coffee bar if you like to know how to make a coffee.

I had a cup of sense granola latte for 38K, Mocha coffee 36K and a piece of Chocolate Milo Beng for 35K to accompany my day. The Granola Latte was surprisingly good. It's an espresso based drink and topped with granola, my coffee sounded like a healthy drink already. HAHA

I love the Chocolate Milo Beng, the cake was very soft and not too sweet. I definitely enjoy my time here and it's been a while for me to get up early on saturday and enjoy me time! See you on the next spot that you must visit.
