If you need more days off than you have. You should take a Staycation every once a month, at least!
That's what I did these days since I only have two weekends every month in between on my duty. Nothing special actually when you do Staycation, but if you choose POP! Hotels Pasar Baru area which in Central Jakarta, there's a couple of things that you can do to full fill and make your best weekend.

Start from the lobby, breakfast spot, Pitstop and so many facilities that they have totally changed my mind for Staycation on budget hotels in Jakarta. As you can see on the picture below, all POP! Hotels area was really chic and it's so Instagram able a.k.a for those who love taking picture to post it on Instagram. LOL

THE ROOM
I love my room with the scene of the iconic heritage church called "Gereja Ayam" and the oldest building from Pasar Baroe. It really reminds me of my childhood because my elementary school was around that area. The bed is so comfy, restroom is really important for me since I've got a lot inspiration from there.. HAHA but the thing is they made it very modern and stylish with sliding door glass.
Also one thing that I remember the most that I didn't bring any of toiletries, they only give you one sachet of shampoo and soap. That's kinda cute and a lesson for me that Budget hotels not include complete toiletries such as toothpaste and toothbrush. The lucky thing, you don't need to worry about it. PIT STOP at the lobby hotel have anything you need for that kind of stuff. I'm glad that they have it so I don't need to go out to the convenience store. So, don't forget to bring your own toiletries. :D

Here's why I recommended this POP! Hotel for you:
- Affordable budget event for business purposes from people outside Jakarta
- Friendly staff
- Strategic area - especially if you want to explore the Heritage stuff.
- Less traffic - especially on Sunday
- The room is net
- Young and hype ambiance
- Suitable for children? Yes, but bear in mind they don't have children activity spot and pool.
