Menelusuri napak tilas perjalanan suatu budaya seperti China tentunya sangat menyenangkan, terutama bila berkaitan dengan kuliner, selain itu mengenal cara menikmati tea dengan santapan khas chinese tentu berbeda apabila dipadukan dengan santapan fusion. Yess, that's what i learned a few weeks ago when i attend with some of Indonesian Food Blogger for Tea-Revolution (T-Rev) presented by Ming Dine & Chill Restaurants in conjunction with OpenRice Indonesia.

Ming Dine & Chill, salah satu restaurant di kawasan epicentrum walk, kuningan, menawarkan sajian yang berbeda dan wajib dicoba di akhir pekan buat kamu yang gemar melakukan wisata kuliner, serta restaurant yang satu ini juga sangat cocok untuk occasion tertentu. I really recommended this restaurant if you asking me where to find a good high end dining resto for chinesse cuisine, WHY? here's my opinion about this place. First, even the place is quite far from my residence, but i would love to come here because their FOOD and AMBIANCE is really good and perfect for me. Second, they will not offer discount, but they will served a great cuisine, services and great value. Third, droll more for the ambiance and their foods :D

For the appetizer, try Steamed Chicken Char Siew Cheong Fan, Steam Shrimp Dumplings, Steam Truffle Dumpling with Wild Fungus and they told us to pairing with Chrysanthemum Tea, perfect combination! 

#FOODSTEPSJOURNAL - MAIN COURSE

Nah, untuk sajian menu utama kamu bisa mencicipi Steamed Fish Fillet with Taiwanese Black Bean, perpaduan ikan kerapu dengan Taosi (black bean) merupakan kombinasi yang unik dengan cita rasa yang lezat. I really love that fish! Anyway, eat this steamed fish with oolong tea, it will netralized the fat.

Japanese Homemade Noodle with Homemade Sauce and Crabmeat.  Like I told you before, they served another fusion and it would be perfect if you paired with black tea.

Menu yang satu ini tentunya tidak mudak ditemukan, if you want to eat this menu, you have to order first, one or two days it would be great before you come. . WHY? karena menu special dari Ming Dine & Chill yang telah berdiri sejak 1995 ini membutuhkan waktu sekitar 4-5 jam untuk menyajikan ayam kaisar yang dibalut dengan daun teratai dan tanah liat. Can you imagine it? Menu yang dibandrol seharga IDR 350.000,-++ ini menjadi salah satu menu yang wajib kamu coba. Saat disajikan, aroma harum dari perpaduan ayam panggang dengan jamur, anggur, daun lontar serta bumbu yang merata sangat menggiurkan. Anyway, menu yang satu ini juga sangat bagus untuk kesehatan dan stamina.

Deep Fried Sesame Ball with Salted Egg Filling with Mix Juice

Well, I really fall in love with the sesame ball, mungkin terlihat biasa namun saat disantap, trust me one is never enough for me. The salted egg is really melted on the first bite, the taste is not salty like what you think, it's really sweet in your mouth actually. LOVE it!

The last but not least, i would like to thank for Ming Dine & Chill restaurant for invited me and also OpenRice Indonesia for the experience and great food pairing with tea and this is the great ambiance, cozy place and they served wine :)
