Coming up! Chinese New Year celebration is just around the corner. It's the time to gather with our beloved family and share the joy of love to those who celebrate it. I believe that the prosperous spring is not only a tradition, it's more than that. It's a precious time with your whole family, because on daily basis we might barely see each other without occasions or something that will bond us.
Anyway, talking about having great times and dishes during CNY celebration, a few days ago, me and some of iconic food blogger and influencers went to Senayan City Mall for prosperous spring luncheon at MING by TUNGLOK held by Senayan City. The event went well and the food was incredibly good, and what I didn't expect was that they served us with 9 dishes from appetiser to mighty main course to dessert! Awesome..

The prosperous Spring luncheon started with Yee Sang, a symbol of prosperity. If you guys didn't know about it, Yee Sang is one such traditional dish. It is a symbolism of good luck, prosperity, health and all things auspicious. The ritual should be tossing the mixed ingredients high in the air with joyful exclamations of "Loh Hey" (toss high). The significance of the tossing is to wish for abundant luck and happiness for all the forthcoming year.
