Hello Easter,

Easter is coming in few days, people! So what you have in mind? Egg and bunnies in the corner of your desk? Or probably you will craving for something delicate, light, yet tasty in your tongue? Well, whatever comes in your mind about Easter, let me share what I have in mind.. Something small consist of protein, beautiful color, and would melt slowly inside your mouth.. Here it is my easy recipe of Classic Cheese Deviled Eggs.

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cups mayonaise
- 1/4 cup cream cheese / Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Smoked spanish paprika, for ganish if you like.

HOW TO:

1. Place and boil all eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Remove and rinse under cold water for 1-2 minutes.

2. Crack egg shells carefully and peel under cool running water (this is the hardes part for me, since i'm not polite enough to do it. HAHA).

3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing yolks to a medium bowl.

4. Mash the yolk into a fine crumble, add mayonaise, vinegar, mustard, cream cheese/parmesan, salt and pepper. Mix well.

5. Put the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika, you can add some cheese on the top if you want or you can use smoked salmon or anything you like. Serve.
