(RECIPE) BLUEBERRY PIE

How do you start your day, pals? Some people probably do running in the morning, and the others probably start with a cup of coffee, a piece of bagel / sandwich and read a  newspaper to fill their mind. But you can always opt for something different, just like me, I made this delicious Blueberry Pie for breakfast! A simple recipe from the small kitchen, a sweet thing to boost my day. I Can't compare this sweet Blueberry Pie with cake from Paul Pattiserie or Dominique Ansel Bakery, because homemade recipe is always the best.






Here's the recipe of Blueberry Pie for you who would like to taste one different morning, 
get ready!

INGREDIENTS:

* 3/4 cups white sugars
* 3 tablespoons cornstracth
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 4 cups bluberries 
* 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
* 1 tablespoon butter

HOW TO:

a. Heat the oven to 425 degrees F / 220 degrees C.

b. Mix sugar with cornstarch, salt and cinnamon, last bot not least, sprinkle over bluberries.

c. Line pie dish with one pie crust. Pour berry mixture into the crust and spread the butter. 

d. Bake Pie on lower shelf of oven around 45-50 minutes, or you can check until the crust is turn to be brown.

e. Blueberry Pie ready to served for your party or daily breakfast. Enjoy!
