RECIPES: GRILLED SCALLOPS WITH SPICY & SOUR SAUCE

These days, I've been addicted to learn about food presentation, the result was so so or bad in my opinion, but I'm still learning and keep trying, so don't judge me. LOL. Basically I started with  something simple like dumpling that I posted it on my Instagram, you can check here. Now, I'm trying to make a side dish for my dinner with some ingredients that I have in my kitchen. 


I used the recipes from foodnetwork website, I know this is very easy and simple recipes from them, but I mixed with spicy and thai peanut butter sauce. So I believe you can do more better if you have time. Check it out and if you have any recipes, do not hesitate to trade in with me, I would love to try and make something different. I think it's more fun and challenging if someone challenge me to make something different that I never thought before. :D Enjoy and I'll come with another good one. Promise to you :D




INGREDIENTS:
- 20-25 large scallops (about 3 pounds) but since I have the small one, you can used it too,
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper
- Chilli sauce & Thai peanut sauce

HOW?
- Boiling the scallops on hot water about 2 minutes to eliminate the fishy smell, then
- Pat day each scallep and lay them on a plate /tray. 
- Sprinkle on some olive oil, coating scallops on all sides.
- Season the scallops with salt, black pepper and lemon pepper. Make sure that the seasoning covers all sides.
- Refrigerate until ready to cook, but I skio this step, so I just grilled after seasoning.
- Grill for about 3-5 minutes on each side. 
- Serve with Chilli sauce or Thai peanut sauce and chives if you like.






Total Time (20 minutes)
Prep : 15 minutes
Cook : 5 minutes
Level : Easy 
Yield : 4 Servings
