I always eat this when I was a kid till now, I can't stop eating if my mom or my sister cook this for me, it just like a drug in my blood, I can ate that 5 times a day with hot rice, salty fish/anchovy and Indonesian chilli paste (sambal terasi), and the taste really good, combination between the sweet sauce from orek tempeh and hot from the rice and chilli sauce is really made my day.

WHAT is TEMPEH?
Tempeh is a soyfood made by controlled fermentation of cooked soybeans with a rhizopus molds (tempeh starter). This fermentation binds the soybeans into a compact white cake. Anyway, in my country Indonesia, tempeh has been our favorit food for several hundred years, so I can say, I'm proud of being Indonesian who can cook tempeh very well. And, I believe tempeh has becoming popular all over the world now because they had lots of benefits on it.

So, what is the benefits? here's:
- Tempeh strengthen our bones,
- Tempeh help to ease menopausal sympotms,
- Tempeh reduce risk of coronary heart disease and some cancers.

WHY? cause tempeh has a complete protein food that contains all the essential amino acids and it was really good for vegetarians or vegan also, you can make your own daily meals like sandwich, soup, salads or your favorit food by using tempeh as one of the main ingredients.
