Sour cream seafood pasta with swedish meatballs

Hello folks, before its too late, I would like to say Happy Halloween and welcome to November and can't wait for the christmast spirit on December, it's gonna be awesome! Times flies, today its the first day of November and its been a month for me that I haven't post anything on my blog, I kinda miss it cause there's a lots of stories to tell and share with you guys. I'm so sorry and I'll try to catch up and bring something new and fresh start from today. Cheers and Thanks to all my friends whom always support me to do it.

Anyway, while I wrote this article, the weather is really cold outside, yeaa fall killing me slowly and coming soon winter on a few weeks. So, today, I'm not gonna post about halloween ideas nor christmast yet. A few weeks a go, I tried a new recipes that I've got from some web. As usually, an easy recipes for beginner chef like us and how to survive everyday with scrumptious food, lol.

I called it Sour cream seafood pasta with swedish meatballs, or you can named it whatever you want. Here's the simply recipes that I tried, it taste good even tho the sauce is too creamy, so I put some chilli to make it more spicy. Good Luck!










Ingredients: 
  • 3/4 pound shrimp or you can change with chicken tenders
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour*
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter*
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth*
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms or brocolli if you like.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon paprikq
  • 1/2 pound dried fettuccine or bowtie pasta*
  • 5-6 pcs Chilli
  • 1 pack of swedish meatballs
note: I don't have time to make meatballs, so I bought it from the groceries (any brand that you like) but if I have time later, I'll try to make swedish meatballs homemade with my style.

HOW: 
1. Put shrimp, meatballs, flour and salt and pepper into a large bowl and toss to combine. 
2. Set aside. Melt butter in a skillet with olive oil. Add shrimpand meatballs and brown on all sides. Stir in sour cream, broth, put some vegetables like broccoli or mushrooms and paprika. 
3. Cover and simmer on low heat for 25 to 30 minutes. 
4. Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain well, then transfer to bowls and spoon chicken and its sauce over the top.
Total Time (45 minutes)
Prep : 25 minutes
Cook : 20 minutes
Level : Easy 
Yield : 2 Servings
