I called this SALMON KIMCHI TACO! WHY? because I'm trying to mixed the culture between western food, mexican and korean food in one plate! I remembered the last time I ate taco when I was in Chicago with some folks during the preparation for 2015 New Year Party, wow it's been a long time. That why, I wondering how do I get and eat some taco for my dinner without spend a lot of money again! So, I used the same ingredients like before but I added some of korean dishes that I have on my fridge. Yess, Kimchi - as we know it's an traditional korean food that you won't miss and it's healthy tho.

HOW it looks like? HOW it taste and HOW to make it?
