As one of the oldest Thai restaurant that opened for almost 10 years in Mall Taman Anggrek Jakarta. I've never been bored with their food since I'm a big fan of Thai cuisine. Thai Xtreme or also known as Thai express previously change the name for some reason, but the food, services, quality are the same, they've just change the theme a bit modern but still you can feel the white elephant country ambience.
Let's begin to explore the food! As for the starter, you should try the Mango salad (Yam Mamuang). Yes it's one of everyone's favourite, the taste is really good and fresh on the first bite. Also enjoy the papaya salad (Som Tam) and the fried eggplant as a compliment on every table after order.

Another best of the best from Thai Xtreme is the TOM YUM SEAFOOD SOUP. As you may see on the picture below the soup doesn't look interesting isn't it? but what makes this so special is because it different from any common tom yum soup that we had before with so many herbs, spices and make them look so red. But this simple, deliciously nourishing clear thai broth was perfect for our body because it has so many health benefits and the taste it really make you warm after you tasted it. Try this one and you'll not regret it especially on cold weather.

All the soup was very good and if you are looking for the side this - I mean rice as we known as an Asian, we can not eat without rice for some peoples. You may paired with Pineapple seafood fried rice with some of mango on top, it's perfect combination for me.

Dinner with Thai Cuisine is not complete if you're not order the legendary Mango sticky rice / Khao Niao Mamuang! Oh I do love it so much. Look at the mango below, it so tempting, taste fresh and sweet. Also you can enjoy another signature dessert from Thai Xtreme. It's cassava topped with creamy tapioca, the taste is sweet and a bit salty. but it was good. Looking for ice cream? Yes they have Thai Red Tubbies / Tub Tim Krab it's thai red rubies in sweet coconut ice-cream. Nomz!
