Indonesian food never fails me! That's how I describe for Kembang Tandjoeng restaurant that has opened in Tomang Area. I've known it from some of my fellow foodies who have posted it on Instagram, so I'm curious about the taste and how Kembang Tandjoeng restaurant serves the dishes. So, when I got an invitation from Wanderbites team to taste the food, I accepted because I'm in love with Indonesian Cuisine and it's surprisingly good like I expected.

I stopped by last Saturday at noon, the restaurant was not too packed, only a few guests were coming at the same time. Located at Batik Semar Building in Tomang, the venue is on the first floor with total capacity up to 100 including the VIP room and outdoor smoking area. I also fell in love with the ambiance at Kembang Tandjoeng. It's dominated with white tone, hanging garden, wooden chairs and tables, it's also decorated with Indonesia iconic figure such as wayang and many more.

FYI, Kembang Tandjoeng in Tomang is the second outlet and managed by one of the well known wedding catering - Chezingrid. The core value of the restaurant is consistently serving Indonesian Cuisine. Aside the location, I recommend Kembang Tandjoeng if you're looking for Indonesian cuisine with an upscale vibes for arisan, family gathering or even birthday celebration.
