Japanese Street food is always make me feel hungry over and over again, even if I've already had my lunch or dinner, I still craving for every street food that I found everywhere, and today we're gonna explore Nishiki Market or they usually called "Kyoto's Kitchen", Kyoto.

Anyway, Nishiki Market is a lively market specializes in food retail, like fresh seafood, dried seafood, sushi, and almost everything sold at the market is locally produced and procured anyway, they have a hundred shops and many restaurants. So it's a great place for those who want to explore and try the variety of culinary delight, because some of the stall is freely give out sample or sell sample dishes and skewers meant to be eaten. Gotcha!

So, when I was there, all the shops is closed, I don't even know why, maybe we arrived too early, so only some of the shops were open on that day. But, we found a perfect snack in this "Kyoto's Kitchen". I don't know what is the name of the stall, because there are no other language than Japanase. It doesn't matter for me, as a foodie, I can rely on my instinct. Hmmm.. I tried those soft egg roll with some of vegetables for 700 yen or $7 and the taste was good enough, as you see on the pic, this soft egg roll was cook in several steps. It's perfect for breakfast, plus you should try all the dried seafood as you seen on the pictures below, all of them is totally good!
