RECIPES: MUSSLE IN SPICY TOMATOES SAUCE

The food you eat can be either the safest & most powerful form a medicine or the slowest form of poison.

They said food could be the most powerful for us or vise versa, and I couldn't agree more. Food just like a drugs for me, it's the most happiness thing and antidepress when I ate a good & delicious food, are you with me?. But what is the most happiest things for you?? me? when I cook and made my own dinner, even just for a simply recipes but it feels so good. You know, I'm not cook everyday, not that much but I found out today when I did it, it was fun, played with the ingredients and made a different things everyday, just like this mussle spicy tomatoes sauce.



INGREDIENTS:
1. 500 gram good quality mussle.
2. 2 cloves shallots, sliced thinly first
3. 1 pcs cloves onion, sliced thinly first.
4. 1 tbs of soy sauce
5. 1 tbs fish sauce
6. 1 tbs oyster sauce
7. 1 pcs tomatoes slice thinly first or you can use chili tomatoes sauce.
8. salt, sugar and pepper to taste.

HOW TO COOK:
1. Heat the butter or margarine until melted.
2. Saute onion and shallots until fragrant.
3. Enter the mussels, stir-fry until half cooked.
4. Pour water, cook until boiling.
5. Add the oyster sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce, stirring until well blended.
6. Add tomatoes / chilli tomatoes sauce, cook until slightly wilted.
7. Add salt, pepper and sugar, and cook until water shrinks and thickens like a sauce, turn off the stove fire and your dinner ready to serve.






Total Time: 25 minutes.
Prep : 15 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
