HEALTHY IS THE NEW SKINNY, 
YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL!


I love this new tagline " Healthy is the new Skinny" because these day, most people trying so hard to be more beautiful, handsome and skinny rather than accepted who they are. It's great actually because we know our weakness and trying to fix it. But, the problem is most of them are forget to consume some nutrition, less junk food and the most important exercise rather than skip our daily meal and became so anxious for being fat and gain weight.

It happens to me sometimes, LOL. Trying to gain and sharp my body was not easy. I'm not trying to avoid all my fav food, since I love food so badly, so I just change my habit turn to be a healthy style a few days ago, cook some healthy food for my daily meal, started from the easy one, Salad! Yeaaa.. since I haven't eat lot of vegetables this summer, so I combine the vegtables with some ingredients that I love such cook shrimp and egg. It was good and I feel more confident to sharp my body, I though this is an ideal food for diet too. If you don't like the shrimp, egg and salmon, you can change it. INGREDIENTS:
-  Fresh Cabbage
-  Red Cabbage
- 1 pcs Carrots
- 1 pcs  Cucumber
- 5 pcs Cherry Tomatoes
- 12 pcs cook shrimp & fresh Salmon
- 2 pcs eggs
- 1/2 pcs Lemon or 1 tablespoon lemon water.
- Olive Oil to taste
- Mayonaise to taste, you can use anything you like.
- Soy sauce to taste (less sodium)

HOW TO MAKE:
- Cut all the vegetables into slice thin as you want.
- Put add the bowl and give 1/2 pcs or 1 tablespoon lemon water and olive oil.
- Put dressing (mayonaise) & soy sauce on the side, do not mixed it because you can save the rest of the salad for next time if you can't finish it.
- Create your delicious salad with cook shrimp, salmon and eggs, you can change with your fav food as long as you do not put too much.  
- Enjoy your beautiful and healthy meal.

Cook: 5 minutes

Serve: 2-3 person
