NYC always have something to surprise us, hit them all from their latest update about fashion and style, celebrity news, movies, or runway. Complete the list with something for your belly, there's always a room for delicious food, isn't it? Let's not keeping another surprise from you, because New York recently having great ramen shops to discover!

Ramen is the best and the only food that I always can running to whenever my stomach growls. To hat that off, I bet everyone agree with me that ramen is very suitable within rainy season or cold weather. Being lucky, during my journey in New York City, I have taste more than 5 ramen restaurants, yes I did not count it wrong, five! Therefore, I can give you the best 3 ramen for your preference when you're going here for holiday or business trip. Here they are, the Best Ramen in New York City.

IPPUDO RAMEN
This Japanese ramen place is one of the top list dining destination that you must give a try. Located in East Village and Westside, Ippudo reminds my journey while I was in Japan last spring. I love the atmosphere and ambiance in East Village and Westside, both of them are totally different. Step on to the East Village if you want to experience more Japanese ambiance with its sleek elegance interior. But if you happen to have a simple dinner with red touches in the furniture, go to the Westside. Karaka Men, one of fave ramen from the diners and it's recommended if you like spicy food. Tonkotsu Ramen, Shiromaru Classic and Akamaru modern are the other three if you just want to enjoy the thick broth without being too much hot inside your mouth. They are open from 11am - 3.30am for lunch and Dinner at 5pm - 11.30pm.

TOTO RAMEN

Toto Ramen also one of my fave so far. Good food always attract crowd, right? No wonder if you have to queue before enjoying their signature ramen. Lucky me, I only wait for 30 minutes as you can see on the photo. The time is limited on that day but I really didn’t want to missed this one. Toto Ramen is designed for quick meals since the place is not too big though with seating area near the counter. Toto Miso Ramen is one of their signature dishes, the finest koji miso and ground pork with a seasoned hard boiled egg, scallion, bean sprouts, onion and char siu pork. For sure, it is the delicious ramen that I ever had so far. Writing this makes me hungry, imagined the thick broth and soft char siu pork, hmm..

MOMOFUKU

Located in 171 First Avenue between the 10th & 11th street New York, NY 10003, Momofuku Noodle Bar looks different from the outside. When I was here for dinner, it was very crowded and the line is quite long, but again, lucky me when I just come inside, they offered me to sit on the counter while everybody are waited for the table. I still curious until I taste their noodle. Surprisingly, it was quite plain, but then I found another thing that made it different and delicious. Either it was their rich chicken broth, or probably the most thing that I like so much: their pork buns!

How? Feel hungry and cannot wait to dine out? Decide your choice, each ramen places have strong taste and will makes you addictive. Feel free to comment or give me another recommendation for best ramen in New York.
