(RECIPE) HALF BAKED SALMON

Guess what? You don’t have to go to the most expensive restaurant for having a delicious Half Baked Salmon. Yess, I’m saying it right away, because what you need to do just cook by yourself and make them gorgeous like you want. If I can make it, so are you! Because sometimes, your favorite spot is not always to be outside your home, so why don’t you add your cooking skill and eat your Salmon at the most comfort place: home sweet home. I always do some cooking project on Sunday, since I've been busy on weekdays, so Sunday is the perfect time for me time, cook and relax.



Let’s start this amazing April with the one that I'm going to share to you, my fav food, yessss, it's Half Baked Salmon, you name it! A simple recipe that you can try at home and absolutely perfect for Sunday brunch.. Hopefully you have a good one :)





INGREDIENTS:

1. 4 center cut skin-on wild salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
2. 2 teaspoons vegetable / sesame oil
3. 1 tbs salt (depends on your liking)
4. 1 tbs pepper
5. 2 pcs lemon
6. 1 pcs green onion
7. 1 tbs garlic powder
8. Carrot & Corn (depends on how much you like it, optional garnish)

HOW TO COOK:

1. Soak the salmon in the clean water, add some salt and lemon water. Wait for 10 minutes.
2. Cook the vegetables (carrot, corn & green onion) separate on boiling water until they look well.
3. Grill or bake the salmon about 3-4 minutes until it looks good and add some garlic powder to make it more savory.
4. Put aside the salmon to a plate and splash it with sesame oil, sesame seeds (optional), add some pepper and put the vegetables on the side.
5. Surprise! Your Half Baked Salmon is ready to serve.

Cook : 10 minutes
